Family-Owned Design-Build with 20+ Years of Experience in the GTA
We are architects, engineers, and builders who believe homes should be designed for living and built on quality.

Our story
DreamNest is a family-owned design-build firm led by founders with 20+ years building homes across the GTA. Our team unites architecture, engineering, and project management into one accountable process. With many years of combined experience, we plan, design, permit, and build under one roof, giving you a single partner from first idea to keys.

We focus on human-centered design, smart home features that are private and convenient, and sustainable construction that keeps running costs manageable. Every home is crafted for real-life comfort, long-term value, and energy efficiency. Our aim is simple: a calm process, thoughtful details, and a home that feels right on day one and year ten.

My motivation is to create structures that stand the test of time. A house is not just the concrete, wood, and bricks it is made from; a home is someone’s world. We focus on the feeling you get when you live in it, and that is where our design and execution come in. That is how we build a legacy that lasts, by shaping the world you come home to.
I have always been fascinated by the intersection of building something useful, robust, and beautiful, which is why I chose to study Architecture. That same mindset defines how we work today: we have earned trust through repeat homeowners and long-standing trade partners who choose to work with us again and again, and that trust shows up in a transparent process and a shared goal of building a home they truly love.

Naim
Growing up, I watched my dad design and build custom homes for years, and I was always learning by asking why things were done a certain way. I still get excited watching a home come together, from the craftsmanship behind the walls that keeps it solid for decades to the care put into colors and finishes.
I bring a fresh take to an industry that too often defaults to cookie-cutter layouts. My motivation is to deliver real value and improve our customers’ quality of life by creating a home that supports how they live day to day while also protecting their investment for years to come. That same curiosity about how things work led me to study electrical engineering, and later move into project and product management, where I learned to balance technical basics and know-how with execution and customer satisfaction, not only building a great product, but also one that clients truly love and enjoy.
